Watch what matters, tell the right people
Regulatory portals, competitor pricing, API changelogs, tender listings. We track the sources, filter out the noise, and deliver a short summary to inbox, Slack or webhook.
Independent software studio · Warsaw
We design, build and run automated digital products — the kind that quietly do a job every day: watching sources, moving data, producing assets, answering questions.
What we build
We keep the range narrow on purpose. Everything below shares the same shape: it runs on a schedule, it recovers from its own failures, and it doesn't need a person watching it.
Regulatory portals, competitor pricing, API changelogs, tender listings. We track the sources, filter out the noise, and deliver a short summary to inbox, Slack or webhook.
A focused tool for one team and one job — intake forms, approvals, reporting, reconciliations — built to fit the process you already have instead of a process a vendor imagined.
Scraping, parsing, deduplication and validation, ending in something you can query. Versioned output, documented schema, and an alert when a source stops behaving.
Sprite sheets, tilesets, 3D props, packaging and localisation — produced by a pipeline you own, with a human approval step before anything ships.
How it works
The order matters — each stage decides whether the next one is worth doing. We stop and say so if it isn't.
One paid week. We map the sources, the users and the failure modes, then hand you a written plan with a fixed price. If the honest answer is "don't build this," you get that instead, and you keep the plan.
Two to six weeks, shipped in weekly increments you can actually open. Code lives in your repository from day one. No black boxes, no licence you have to keep renewing to read your own data.
Optional monthly retainer: we keep it alive, watch for silent breakage, and adapt it when a source changes shape. Or we hand it over with documentation and walk away. Both are fine.
Stack
We pick tools that will still be maintained in five years and that you could hand to another developer without an apology.
On AI: we use it where it genuinely beats a rule — classifying, summarising, extracting from unstructured text. We don't use it where a regular expression would be more reliable and a hundred times cheaper. You'll always be told which is which.
Start a project
A paragraph is enough to start. We reply to everything within two working days, and we'll say early if it isn't a fit.
